Dedicated Veterinarians Serving Breckenridge

Our staff at Salt Creek Veterinary Hospital include a talented team of veterinary professionals.

Brittany Berry, DVM

Dr. Brittany grew up in Allen, Texas, and now resides in Albany with her husband Tyler, their son Henderson Walker, and a small family of three cats and two dogs. Dr. Brittany pursued her passion for animal care by completing her undergraduate studies in Animal Science at Texas Tech and earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University. She is part-owner of Salt Creek and lead veterinarian at the Anson, Albany, and Breckenridge locations, a role she has held for seven years. Her expertise spans education, beef cattle production medicine, and small animal internal medicine, allowing her to serve a broad range of needs within her community. Dr. Brittany lives by the verses of Colossians 3:23-24, bringing dedication and compassion to her work every day.

Stepfanie George, DVM, MPH

Dr. George is originally from Rhode Island, but she couldn’t get to Texas fast enough! She graduated from the University of Missouri with both her veterinary and public health degrees in 2022, and has been with Salt Creek since May of 2024. Professionally, Dr. George enjoys herd health, surgery, and small animal nutrition. Outside of work, Dr. George and her husband James are working on remodeling their home in Albany, and keeping up with their many pets: 2 horses, 1 steer, 2 dogs, a cat, and many chickens!

Madisson Wiggins, DVM

Dr. Madisson Wiggins is a native of Euless, Tx. She earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and went on to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine there as well. Since 2021, she has been practicing as an associate mixed animal veterinarian, she joined Salt Creek in April 2025. Her passion for large animal care and rural veterinary medicine was sparked during time spent on her grandparents’ ranch. Dr. Wiggins is dedicated to the well-being of animals of all sizes and loves the variety her work brings. At home, she enjoys the company of her beloved pets: three dogs, Ruby, June, & Moose, two cats: Poppy & Finn, and one horse, Bindi. In her free time, Dr. Wiggins enjoys traveling, running, and spending quality time with her family—especially her two nieces.
